The Artisan Brands

Everything we provide is sourced locally and responsibly utilising our knowledge of artisan and local producers who are experts and passionate about their produce. Once we have sourced the finest and best local ingredients, our talented and skilled teams of specialist chefs prepare, cook, and present every tasty dish using recipes and methods developed over our many years of experience and collaboration.

These are a few of our most popular options, but we love nothing more than designing bespoke offers tailored to you.

Steak Burgers

28 days aged and marinaded English Sirloin Steak, seasoned and grilled to perfection and rested for a short amount of time then served in a brioche burger bun with fresh beef steak tomato, gherkin, lettuce and our own homemade bacon relish and mature English Cheddar Cheese.

The Whole Hog

We always start with the Hog; we only use the best locally sourced meat and our Hogs come via Hedges Butchers who source their Hogs from a specialist pig farm in Watlington. The Hogs are reared free range to an exceptional standard, and you can taste the difference.

Our talented chefs will cook the hogs traditionally, using our own blend of seasoning, on a gas fired spit over five to seven hours including an hour to rest before carving. This ensures that the meat is tender and swimming in juices which enhances the flavour still further. The hog roast also produces incredible, crisp crackling to go with the meat and we serve this in a locally baked soft floured bap with home-made seasoning (or Haggis on occasions) and apple sauce.

Lyme Bay Lobster Buns

We source our Lobsters directly from the fishermen of Lyme Bay in Dorset. We meet them as they land their catch on the Cobb at Lyme Bay Harbour and transfer our Lobsters in our own fridge vans to our kitchen in Oxford.

We cook and remove all the lobster meat ourselves and make our own Lobster Oil during the cooking process. We use the fresh Lobster Oil to make the Mayonnaise which we use to bind the generous amount of lobster meat together with crisp lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh squeezed lemon juice, snipped chives, and a little frieze leaf. All served in a delicate brioche bun. Delicate, classy and delicious.

Hot Dogs

Our foot-long hot dogs are made from genuine German frankfurters and are served in a freshly baked roll. Go classic with your toppings or go 'dirty' with our loaded dogs- the chilli cheese is a favourite!  Served from of our vintage 1920s food van.

The Waffle Stop

Fluffy and delicious Belgian waffles, made with quality ingredients. Freshly baked and served with all of your favourite toppings. From sweet waffles- featuring our loaded Banoffee waffle- to savoury, we've got you covered. 

Champagne and Oyster Cart

Fresh shucked Oysters with fresh lemon, tabasco, and pickled shallots. Served from a beautiful old-fashioned seafood cart. Champagne can be served by the glass or by the bottle.

Vegan and GF Options

For all events we offer a vegan and gluten free option which is equally well sourced and prepared. Our Roasted Red Pepper, Beef Tomato, Courgette and Houmous in a locally baked soft flour bap is one of the most popular and tasty options and we always have gluten free bread with us.
